Cable knit effect with royal icing

Now it the time to share some beautiful baby shower cookies!  

These cookies you will be able to use them as decorations, as dessert and as party favors,  how cool is that?  

I love these baby's clothes cookie cutters from Meri Meri, you can find them here 

I decided to cover these cookies with plain white icing. 

Then added some elegant touches using tiny, tiny edible pearls and made a cable knit effect with royal icing.

A onesie with ruffles in the back, is a most for this set! 

If you know the gender of the baby you can use pink or blue tiny edible pearls and for a non gender baby shower the cookies in white are a great idea, you can add some color in the packaging that match your baby shower decor. 

To make the dry line, I used a photo hanger click here and I individually wrap them  in a cellophane bag so they keep their freshness and will be more easy to hang.
