Easy glaze recipe to decorate cookies

For this glaze recipe you will need :

  1. One cup + 6 tsp of powder sugar
  2. One tbsp of light corn syrup
  3. 3 tbsp + 1tsp milk
  4. Few drops of clear vanilla extract or any citric juice

 Add the corn syrup and mix using a whisker

Add the milk, little by little until you get the desire consistency also using the whisker.

You can add food coloring if you want and make a test covering a cookie with the glaze and see if it runny enough to slide on the cookie without being lumpy or to runny.

You can use regular royal icing if you want to add some decorations and also you can use edible markers once the icing is completely dry.
