Meringues

The first pastry that I was curious to learn how they were made are the meringues! 

Meringues were a very popular treat growing up, and the people who knew how to make them and bake to perfection were very jealous about their recipe. 

I looked in several recipe books for the recipe and  I tried several recipes, but they never come out perfect. One of my best friend made wonderful and gigantic delicious meringues, one day she teach me how to make them, but when I tried to make them at home they did not turned out right. 

 So over the years I have had the homework to find the right recipe and the right way to bake them, if you are in love with meringues and want to learn how to make them I have a small class on KITTCH.COM
