Fall is almost here and the colder weather is always inviting to start baking and decorating cookies and if you sell decorated cookies, you must know that the busiest time for us is just around the corner and I always find very helpful to use royal icing transfers in my cookies.

Before having a pico projector I used to make a lot of royal icing transfers for my decorated cookies.  When you have an order of several dozens of the same cookie design you want that all of them look the same and using royal icing transfers is super helpful to do that.

Besides you can use  royal icing leftovers and when you are not so busy you can make the transfers ahead of time.

I made this cookie design several years ago HERE and I think is super cute! It is fairly easy to make and using the transfer is super convenient. You can see how to decorate this cookie HERE
