Bread Machine Pizza Dough
Yields: Two small personal pizzas

Ingredients

2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
4 tbsp olive oil
2/3 cups filtered water
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp sea salt

Procedure

1.- Pour water, oil, sugar, salt and yeast into your bread machine container.  Stir to combine all the ingredients.

2.- Add the flour and choose the setting for dough.  Let the cycle finish and let the dough in your bread machine for about 1 hour, so it can rise a little more.

When you are ready to make your pizza, roll it, stretch it and bake it at 400-425 ºF degrees for 10-15 min until the edges start to brown.
