The other day when I was making a video my husband asked me ..."What do you like to do the most? ... and I stopped for a minute and so many things came to my mind…I love to make cookies, salads, dressings, salsas, pastries, I like teaching, sharing, and making videos oh and talking(LOL I do this a lot whenever I get the chance). However, I think the winner for me for what I like to do the most is teaching and sharing. I had to learn how to make videos because I simply needed to. I like to edit them, but it is in the sharing and demonstrating something where I get the most joy.

When I got the opportunity to be a Maker on Tastemade, I was so excited because of the opportunity to teach online classes and in-person classes. Sadly, Tastemade is discontinuing that program and the only feature that remains are shoppable streams, and I am not the kind of person that likes to sell or push people to buy something. I have never been a good saleswoman, maybe that is my biggest problem...

But as the saying says, when one door closes another one opens, and I am so happy to announce that I got an invitation to be a part of KITTCH.  It is a new thing for me, I have never heard about it and the more I learn about it, the more in love I am with it! It is a platform created for Chefs and food enthusiasts that like to teach and learn more about the culinary arts. It is still in Beta and is about one year old. It was created by  Brian T. Bedol, who founded Classic Sports Network and more; Elana Karp, a founder of Plated; and Douglas DeLuca, a producer of Jimmy Kimmel Live. You can read more about it in this article that I found on New York Times, click HERE

The classes that I am going to be teaching this week are super exciting and I hope to see some familiar faces. The first class is a Macaron class, where I will be teaching you the macaron basics step by step.
