Beef Tamale Casserole

Beef Tamales Casserole, tamales recipes, tamales, breakfast casserole, mexican breakfast recipes, tex Mex recipes, tex-mix casseroles, tamales recipes easy, easy casseroles, easy cookies, cooking shorts,

In our house we love tamales, although the ones we can buy here does not compare to the beautiful fluffy tamales from my hometown, we still enjoy a Tex-Mex tamal.

When we buy tamales there are always some leftovers and I like to use them to make a"Tamalon" this is how my family named this recipe and I like to call it "Tamale Casserole", sounds less aggressive I think, LOL.

I have made this casserole in the past but I used bean tamales and chicken, you can find it here: https://pin.it/2oObH8O

This recipe is very versatile, you can change the salsa, the meat, the tamales and even the cheese, so every time you make it you can give it a little twist.
