One of my favorite fruits are Mangoes and right know is their peak season!

Each summer I like to make this mango salsa. It is really easy to do, super fresh, and the sweetness of the mangoes complements the onion and lemon flavor so well! The serrano peppers in the salsa are optional, but adding just a little bit won't make this salsa too spicy.
